The IT Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing effective technical assistance to employees, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications. The role involves diagnosing issues, offering solutions, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for end-users regarding technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
