Job Description
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in IT support)
• At least 2-year of experience in IT technical support, helpdesk, or infrastructure support (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of:
o Computer hardware troubleshooting
o Networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
o POS systems and peripherals (scanners, printers, payment devices)
• Experience in preventive maintenance of IT equipment is an advantage
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Willing to travel for store visits and provide on-site support
• Willing to work flexible hours when needed (including weekends or holidays)
