Responsibilities
- Perform basic trouble shooting of hardware and software issues.
- Monitor internet connectivity across all showrooms.
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure all cameras are functioning properly.
- Ensure stable internet and CCTV operations in all showrooms locations.
- Coordinate with internet service providers or vendors when issues arise.
- Provide technical support when needed.
- Responsible for contacting showrooms to verify and resolve technical issues with internet connectivity and CCTV equipment.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any course.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems and internet monitoring.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
