Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage support tickets in line with procedures
• Administer user accounts and handle password resets
• Maintain CMDB and IT infrastructure inventory
• Conduct preventive maintenance on user devices
• Troubleshoot and support manufacturing operation devices
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in Windows administration
