IT Technician (Level 1 & 2)
Oticon Medical BAHS develops, produces, and distributes advanced bone‑anchored hearing systems. We are currently looking for an IT Technician to manage the technical maintenance of all IT equipment, ensuring reliable operation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- The assembly, installation, commissioning, and monitoring of new IT equipment and systems.
- On‑site or remote intervention on employees’ equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Hardware maintenance, including performing regular updates on employees’ workstations.
- Ensuring the security of the company’s networks and data.
- Implementing IT solutions to provide employees with the necessary resources to perform their tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement.
