Job Description
Core Banking Programme Delivery (Critical Focus)
- Lead or manage end‑to‑end core banking system implementation or replacement projects within banking environments.
- Oversee project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution to go‑live and post‑implementation support.
- Work closely with core banking vendors and platforms such as Temenos Transact, Oracle Flexcube, Infosys Finacle, Silverlake SIBS, or similar systems.
- Manage integration across core banking, channels, and downstream systems.
Project Management & PMO Governance
- Establish and manage project governance, reporting, RAID logs, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, with clear escalation and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business users, IT, vendors, and external stakeholders.
