**Ramos Arizpe**:
As a **HEAD OF LABORATORY**, you will maintain control of the e-coat lines and coordinate the technical staff for maintaining the e-coat machines in our coating services business for our plant in Ramos Arizpe. You will report to the Quality coordinator.
**Main Responsibilities**
- You will document data in the process control log of the e-coat machines, such as concentrations, temperature, ph).
- You will ensure correct preparation and adjustment of pretreatment and paint tanks by lab technicians.
- Inventory control and chemical use in oracle system.
- You will check the levels of all e coat paint line tanks and control and follow up the calibration program of the laboratory equipment.
- You will manage water conductivity analysis.
- In follow-up to EHS department, you will perform the disposal of hazardous waste and generation of permits for blocking and padlocking of heights and confined spaces.
