Roles and Responsibilities

• Jira Cloud Experience with Jira Software and Service Management Experience
• Creating Custom Workflows and implementing Business processes creating and managing custom fields Add on management particularly with Elements Connect
• Creating filters, building dashboards and custom reports Working Knowledge of Jira Cloud API
• Creating reports using API
• Managing alerts through API
• Working Knowledge of Jira Assets and CMDB Management
• Ingesting, Scanning of asset input
• Automation and Data Hygiene
• Working Knowledge of Atlassian Ops Genie
• Creating Automation Workflow for alerting
• Managing Escalation workflows
• General Hygiene and updates
