SUMMARY
Perform maintenance and repairs for all areas related to building. Build and modify countertops, build shelving, replace and repair doors, install locksets, install corner guards, install cart corral, install slatwall and perform some painting and fabrication, conforming to local building codes, by performing the following duties.
