Job Description

Call Centre Representative

Duration:Until 7 March (possibility of extension)

Location: Hybrid - Markham (50% - All training will be completed on site and is approximately 2 weeks in duration)

Contact Center Hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm (*Shift is scheduled for 8 hrs (7.5 hrs paid)

  • Candidates must be flexible and reliable to work rotating shifts, including evening shifts to 8pm and Saturdays am to 4:30pm
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $18/- to $19.56/-

    Must Have Skills:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a contact center environment preferably within insurance/banking industry
  • Comforatble handling approximately 50 inbound calls per day
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
  • Quick to adapt to an evolving surrounding
  • Professional telephone/email skills and etiquette.
  • Proficiency in word processing, excel and various web-based programs/Windows applications
