Jr. Customer Service Agent – Dubai (Airport Operations / Reservation & Ticketing)

Candidate Should have minimum 2 years work experience within the aviation industry under airport flight operations with sound knowledge of airport passengers and ramp handling activities, check-in procedures, documentation review, baggage handling, flight dispatching or Reservations, Fares & Ticketing experience of Departure Control Systems (DCS), preferably Sabre.

The applicant should be computer literate and possess good command of the English language. Knowledge of Arabic / Amharic / French will be an added advantage.

Candidate must be Graduate. Aviation management and IATA will be an added advantage.
