Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the account managers in the preparation of reports
- Assist in the conduct of alignment meetings
- Assist in the contract accomplishments/approval
- Assist in gathering of data with other departments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that information is accurate and provided on time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- Internship or OJT experience in a client-facing role is advantageous
Skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills
