Junior Agent

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Model Agent to join the ONE UK office. The newest location to the global network ONE. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career within the modelling and fashion industry while gaining hands‑on experience in bookings, client management, model development, and day‑to‑day agency operations.

Working closely with senior agents, you will coordinate bookings, managing schedules, supporting the development of new and existing models, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and creatives. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, a strong creative eye, and a good understanding of social media.
