Qualifications Graduate of BS Architecture 
At least 1 year work experience in realty / residential / horizontal housing and house development. 
Above average skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Google Earth Pro, Sketch-Up, Rendering 
Job Description Draw or plot plans as instructed 
Assists in preparation of letters, plans, drawings, cost estimates, maps, etc. 
Encodes plan and technical details 
Assists in the documentation of compliance documents 
Payroll and site inspection 
Other tasks that may be assigned.
