Junior Bookkeeper

Stepping into this role means contributing to a growing, hands‑on operational environment where your accounting skills help support a established agricultural and equestrian business. You will work closely with a small team, gaining exposure to full bookkeeping functions and daily finance operations. This role is situated in Paarl.

What you will be doing:

• Managing books up to Trial Balance
• Handling AP, AR and Cashbook on Pastel Cloud
• Completing weekly general ledger reconciliations
• Managing petty cash
• Processing fortnightly payroll on Pastel Cloud
• Preparing and loading payments on the bank
• Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and reconciliations
• Managing email correspondence and general admin
• Assisting with additional ad‑hoc duties as required
