Just finished your Construction Management degree and want to get into a builder where you'll actually learn how projects come together from the ground up?
This is a genuine entry point into the industry with a builder that develops and delivers its own work. You'll start in estimation, learning how projects are priced, scoped and planned, before progressing into project delivery and eventually project management as your experience grows.
Rather than being boxed into one task, you'll work closely with experienced directors and senior staff across the full lifecycle of projects. You'll learn how decisions are made, how jobs are won and how construction actually works behind the scenes.
In this role, you'll assist with take-offs, subcontractor pricing, procurement support and tender preparation while gaining exposure to live projects and site operations. Over time, you'll build an understanding of budgeting, programming, contract administration...
