We are looking for a talented Growth Engineer to join our Growth Squad and help shape how Spendesk acquires and converts customers. You'll be part of a small, cross‑functional team of engineers and marketers working at the intersection of web development, experimentation, and performance, building directly on the surfaces that drive Spendesk's growth.
This is a role for someone at the start of their engineering career who wants to grow fast. You will not be maintaining things in a queue. You will be building landing pages, running A/B experiments, owning tracking, and contributing to agentic AI workflows across marketing and GTM, a capability we are actively developing and that most teams are only just beginning to think about. You will report to a Senior Growth Engineer who is invested in your development, and work closely with the marketing team to understand campaigns, experiments, and what the data actually means.
