Junior infrastructure engineer

Job purpose

A strong and broad ranging technical background is essential as this is a hands‑on role, you’ll collaborate with a fun and agile team of highly motivated individuals with a passion for all things tech‑related to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.

Duties and responsibilities Monitoring and performing on‑going maintenance on servers and network equipment. Providing IT support to staff and customers, as well as responding to server and network issues. Carry out system administration tasks such as software installation/updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance. Upgrading internal system components, including CPUs, memory, hard drives. Running hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting faulty equipment. Develop standards, procedures and knowledge articles (KB) for carrying out systems and network operations.
