Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems. Troubleshoot hardware issues related to laptops, servers, printers, and storage devices. Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Perform basic network troubleshooting including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and connectivity issues.
