Junior Manager Logistics GCC

We are seeking an experienced Logistics professional based in JAFZA Free Zone, Dubai, to manage and oversee day‑to‑day outbound logistics operations. The role will focus on improving efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

• Work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, especially Sales, Customer Service & Finance, related to fulfilment and delivery of customer orders.
• Establish and maintain KPIs through reporting, planning, and executing fulfilments.
• Outbound – Pick & Pack, Pack & Hold, LC/BG/SBLC record keeping, Bank submission, Final Dispatch.
• Ensure any legal/regulatory information is documented, while monitoring any new developments or changes towards trading compliance – SABER (Seasonal regt., audit etc.).
