Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Machine Maintenance: Perform routine checks and fix breakdowns on metal rolling, stamping and tank-sealing assembly lines. Fault Finding: Diagnose both mechanical wear-and-tear and electrical control issues on automated geyser production units. Calibration & Alignment: Adjust robotic arms, conveyor tracks, and precision welding fixtures to meet exact product design measurements. Preventative Care: Follow scheduled maintenance programs to stop unexpected factory downtime. Requirements & Skills: Trade Qualification: Recognised Millwright Trade Test Core Competencies: Strong mix of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC programming, and electrical fault-finding. Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years working in a fast-paced heavy or light manufacturing plant.
