Junior Officer, Operations

We are looking for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in a medium to large-scale organization. Candidates should possess a degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering from an HEC/PEC recognized institute.

This position is responsible for:

• Overseeing move orders in Oracle to ensure timely availability of raw materials and coordinating with the Supply Chain Logistics (SCL) for inventory updates.
• Initiating purchase requisitions and following up with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintaining and updating machine productivity, production performance, and wastage analysis.
• Overseeing job card closing processes, ensuring compliance and coordination with the Finance department for improved production quality and material utilization.
• Coordinating with teams to troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime.
