Job Description
The Junior Operations & Customer Care Support role is designed to relieve the team from repetitive, time‑consuming tasks and contribute to the immediate reduction of operational risk.
The position focuses on daily operational execution, administrative support, data preparation for billing, and hands‑on contribution to projects, testing activities, and incident follow‑up.
A detail‑oriented and reliable approach is essential, as this role supports core operational workflows and ensures continuity and quality across processes.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operational Task Execution
- Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely classification and assignment of incoming requests.
- Manage and allocate cases within internal tools.
- Perform routine validations following established procedures.
- Escalate incidents according to defined escalation paths (Team Lead / relevant stakeholders).
