MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Rental Advisor to join our team in Rome.
The Role
As an Automotive Rental Advisor, you will be involved in a B2B activity where, in accordance with the customer’s directives and tools, you will arrange replacement vehicle services for short-term purposes. You will ensure a high level of service to the drivers who have signed a rental agreement with our Customer by identify the feasibility of providing replacements for each request and prioritize customer’s satisfaction.
