Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing transaction research, reconciling numerous data sources
- Examines performance of various funds/accounts from additional assets, investor interest and opportunities, and performance outlook
- Monitors all available funds and respective competitors within the industry.
- Keeps track of venture capital, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate deals. Takes note of the relevant information needed to aid in decision making.
- Reviews and analyzes accessed regulatory filings and ensures that the data relevant to the stakeholders and prospective investors are available and up to date
- Updates contact information and/or profiles on the client’s database/system
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree of any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
