Junior Software Developer - JAVA

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early‑career developer looking to build strong backend engineering experience within a collaborative and highly technical environment.

You will work alongside experienced engineers on secure, large‑scale government projects, gaining hands‑on exposure to Java development, APIs, microservices, secure systems, and modern engineering practices.

Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC Clearance and NPPV3 Clearance. To obtain clearance, candidates must have lived continuously in the UK for the past 5 years. Criminal convictions may affect eligibility.

Key Missions

• Develop and maintain software applications using Java and related technologies
• Support the design and development of backend services, APIs, and application features
• Work with existing frameworks, libraries, and reusable software components within the team
