At W Florence, part of Marriott International’s luxury lifestyle brand, we are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen Team.

The Junior Sous Chef will support the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and presentation while maintaining the brand’s distinctive culinary identity.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chef the Cuisine in managing daily kitchen operations;
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service;
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines;
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in compliance with HACCP procedures;
