Allocate space based on product performance, category strategy, and seasonal trends. Ensure optimal product adjacencies and logical customer flow within stores. Support new store openings, refurbishments, and relocations with detailed space plans. Data Analysis & Performance Optimisation Analyse sales, stock turn, and product performance data to inform space allocation. Continuously review and adjust space plans to improve productivity per square metre. Monitor category performance and recommend layout changes to maximise profitability. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with Buying and Operations teams. Partner with Store Leaders to ensure effective implementation of layouts.
