Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our Corporate Finance team at RHB Investment Banking. The role involves supporting a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt capital markets, and advisory services. You will collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients, assisting with financial analysis, valuation modeling, due diligence, and the preparation of client presentations and transaction documentation.
