Job Description

As KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will develop the commercial strategy of the segment or accounts in charge, ensuring a profitable business model, adapting to market conditions and complying with the established sales plan. You will develop and implement new business opportunities and commercial alliances.
You will report to Commercial Manager Auto Parts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish profitable growth strategy for the segment by developing new business.
- Implement the value selling process with strategic customers.
- Ensure that standardized service is provided (Frequency of visits, reporting, lab tests and service surveys).
- Manage customer complaints minimizing charges arising from supply failures and quality issues.
- Maintain updated information in the CRM system (MS Dynamics).
- Review the monthly and annual Sales Budget (Forecast).
- Coordinate the launching of new products in the customers' lines following the Secure Launch procedure.
