Job Description
The Premium Retail Key Account Manager leads sales and business development for premium retail partners in Finland for our complete professional portfolio (brands such as Wella Professionals, Sebastian, ghd and OPI).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with Premium Retail customers in line with brand strategies.
- Drive sales growth through marketing investments, extensions of assortment, promotional activities and customer collaborations.
- Execute customer initiatives, from planning to evaluation, with excellence.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure a high degree of service to our customers.
- Drive improvements in strategy and execution in the premium Retail sales channel.
- Acquire and negotiate new customers within the strategic guidelines.
- Grow Wella Company brands in store via In Store execution and training.
