Kitchen Department Head Trainee

Opportunity

Reporting to the Kitchen Operation Specialist and Store Manager (or his/her delegates), the Kitchen Department Head is responsible for delivering the department daily routine, controlling its profit and loss, providing guidance, supervision to Kitchen Department staff members and training to Kitchen Department service staff members.

You Will

• Greet customers by providing good customer service with smile, and friendly enthusiasm
• Manage department performance and attain departmental goals
• Familiar with product ordering , its process and execution
• Follow company’s pricing principle and work closely with the pricing strategies of the Merchandising Department
• Manage and supervise daily department operations and staff performance
• Provide coaching, on-the-job training, shadowing, guidance and supervision to department staff
