Kitchen Manager - Roodepoort

Busy Italian Restaurant in the Roodepoort area is looking for a Kitchen Manager. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to manage a busy kitchen operation. Main duties will include stock management, variances, and stock reporting. Applicants must be skilled in staff management and must be able to lead a kitchen brigade. The suitable candidate will have experience in food cost, kitchen hygiene and administration. Looking for someone with a hands-on management style and the ability to multi-task. Salary R 13 – 16 K. Quote Reference RA03 when applying.
