We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team leader at our restaurant. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and assist the Kitchen manager, including food preparation, menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision. Your duties will include ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and implementing kitchen procedures to maximize efficiency. You will be responsible for hiring and training kitchen staff, scheduling shifts, and managing food costs to meet budgetary targets.
