.1 Ensure all works are carried out as per instructions and specifications.
.2 Liaise with superiors to discuss day to day operational requirements, achievements and improvements and take necessary action accordingly.

.4 Be able to find faults on kitchen equipment and troubleshoot.

.7 To assist the team when needed and ensure all problems are dealt with professionally.
.8 To ensure PPM services are performed on equipment as directed by management.
