Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a L2 App Support Analyst
**Position type**:Remote.**
**Duration: 12 Months**
**Location**:USA**
As a L2 App Support Analyst you will:
**Required Skills**:
- Monitor and manage L2 tickets in ServiceNow
- Collect and review relevant data using Log analyzer
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by L1 support
- Escalate more complex problems and development tasks to L3 support
- Provide regular updates of ticket status to stakeholders
**Experience and Skills**:
- 4-6 years hands-on experience in Java, Angular, Microservices, SQL Server SSIS and Control M
- SSRS experience desired.
