Job Description
Job Summary
The L2 Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned IT and digital projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining governance, risk control, and stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in application delivery or project management
- Experience managing complex digital or online transaction projects (preferably financial services)
- Exposure to vendor and third-party system integrator (SI) management
- Experience in mobile or web-based financial applications is an advantage
- PMP and/or ITIL certification is an advantage
