About the job L2 Technical Support Engineer

Remote Position Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization. Experience with Terraform and Ansible. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python. Strong expertise in Linux systems. RHCE certification is mandatory. CKA certification is mandatory. Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 (L2) support to customers, including researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to Kubernetes/Open Shift/Rancher and VMware Tanzu technical issues. Engage with customers directly, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work effectively under pressure, particularly during critical (P1) incidents, to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
