Location: Cebu/Manila (Hybrid: 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)

Salary: Up to ₱70,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Zscaler operations (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, VPN, etc.)
• Handle complex issues, escalations, and root cause analysis
• Design and optimize security policies (SSL, firewall, DLP, threat protection)
• Manage identity integrations (SAML, SCIM) and system configurations
• Work with vendors (Zscaler TAC) and support platform upgrades
• Support Zero Trust, SD-WAN, and cloud integrations (AWS, M365)
• Build dashboards, reports, and improve system performance
