Lab Services Customer Care Executive

SGS is seeking a dedicated professional to manage daily sample receiving and client interactions with a focus on exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and will work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth lab testing process.

This position is located in Seksyen 22, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The role does not require traveling, offering stability and an engaging work environment.
