Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily laboratory activities with inter department to ensure timely and accurate testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
2. Allocate tasks, set priorities and schedule to meet testing requirements and analytical needs. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support plant operation.
3. Provide Technical Guidance and review analytical results involving rubber (polymer) , latex and instrumental techniques to ensure test methods are correctly applied and results meet quality and regulatory specification.
4. Support and oversee method development, validation and modification of analytical methods to improve accuracy, robustness and efficiency or new projects from R&D.
5. Oversee the operation, maintenance, calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments and equipment. Coordinate troubleshooting of instrument or method-related issues and liaise with vendor or te...
