Role Overview
The Labor Relations Lawyer will provide legal support on employee relations, labor compliance, and dispute resolution. The role ensures that all HR and business actions are aligned with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and governance standards, while mitigating legal and reputational risks to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on labor and employment matters, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee grievances
- Handle and represent the company in labor cases before the National Labor Relations Commission, Department of Labor and Employment, and other quasi-judicial bodies
