Job Description
Labourer - Social Housing (Tenanted Properties)
39 Hours Per Week
Rate: £16.84 UMB / £14.25 PAYE PIR
We are currently looking for experienced Labourers to work on social housing tenanted properties.
Duties Include
- Stripping out kitchens and bathrooms
- Assisting tradesmen on site
- Supporting van drivers with material deliveries
- Carrying out skip runs and general labouring duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- Face Fit Certificate
- Previous experience working in occupied social housing properties preferred
- Reliable, hard‑working, and able to work as part of a team
