About the job Land Management Supervisor
This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Developer. The Land Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development of land for various construction projects. The day-to-day tasks include surveying and evaluating land, preparing reports, designing land-use plans, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and managing construction projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filipino-Chinese
- Proficiency in land development and management
- Knowledge in environmental regulations and construction codes
- Project management skills and experience
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or related field
- Familiarity with GIS and other mapping software is a plus....
