Laser Engineer

Experience with solid-state lasers. Responsible for designing, specifying, handling, assembling, and aligning systems comprised of miniature optical components including lenses, NLO structures, solid state laser materials, and fiber optic components. Candidate must be able to analyze, evaluate, and optimize the operational performance of such assemblies and Characterizes laser performance, improve laser reliability and the production efficiency, writing working procedures and developing state-of-the-art solid-state lasers.

Bachelor<92>s Degree or Master<92>s Degree in Physics, or related optical engineering field 3+ years industrial experience or PhD with 2 years of industrial experience with DPSS lasers. Team player as well as independent worker Self-motivated. Strong technical writing and communication skills.
