LATAM HR Operations Generalist: Onboarding & Compliance Lead

Worldpanel is seeking an adaptable HR Generalist to support our LATAM region from our Bogotá, Colombia office in a hybrid environment. You will balance operations with strategic coaching and employee relations in a global context.

Key duties include onboarding/offboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and maintaining HRIS data. The role requires LATAM employment knowledge, strong HRIS skills (ADP preferred), and fluent English.
