Diageo is undertaking a global transformation through the Voyager program.
Phase 1 is a platform upgrade from ECC to SAP S/4HANA, impacting over 12,000 users across 100+ markets.
The program initially aims to deliver a successful SAP S/4 HANA launch to be followed by a business transformation in later phases.
