Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury files for both tort and accident benefit claims from intake through resolution
- Prepare, draft, format, and review legal documents, including court materials, applications, correspondence, and hearing-related documentation
- Act as a liaison between lawyers, clients, and external parties, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up
- Coordinate the collection, review, and organization of supporting documentation from clients, medical providers, insurers, and third parties
- Prepare summaries of medical and other records, create medical chronologies, identify key issues, and manage client productions and undertakings
- Assist with trial and hearing preparation, including case books, chronologies, evidence summaries, and related materials
