Our client, a growing multi-service firm, is looking to add an experienced Corporate/Commercial lawyer to their team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, a strong dedication to excellence, and a deep commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through effective communication, legal advice, negotiations, and drafting. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Reviewing and drafting agreements and other corporate/business documents.
2. Managing all aspects of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations, and financings.
3. Providing comprehensive corporate legal advice on matters like corporate formation, structuring, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions...
