Lead Agentic AI Engineer — Production-Ready Agents

NCS Group seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI workstreams, from data prep to production handover. You will build agentic applications, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent ecosystems, using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector stores.

You will ensure observability, guardrails, and safe enterprise deployment in a telco-grade, 24x7 setting. Applicants should have 3+ years in AI/ML with production experience, strong Python, and hands-on with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
